Last week, I gave my notice at work and told my boss that I would be leaving between March and May of this year to move to Jacksonville to be closer to my family. She asked me late last week if I would stay through the month of April to transition someone to take my job. I agreed since it will take some time to find and get accepted into a new job.
At that time, we thought the lease on my parents' house in Stella would expire in May.
My dad called me at work today to tell me that the Realtor that handles leasing the house called him and told him that the lease on the house ends March 31 and that the renters are not interested in renewing. So, now, I suppose we can go ahead and start moving some stuff down there early when they move out.
I think everyone is starting to get excited about it now. My dad told me that he was excited about it and my grandmother has been searching the newspaper for a job for me. She actually called me yesterday to tell me about a job. (She has called me twice, I think, since I got married not including this one). Matthew is still somewhat worried but I think everything is going to turn out okay.
