Since we seem to have a lot of time on our hands right now, I'm trying to get into an exercise and diet regime but my natural laziness keeps taking over. I am trying to both lose weight and become a healthier person.
I figured it would be better to first try to get into the habit of exercising daily and then work some changes to our diet in. I picked up a DVD from The Biggest Loser the other day and I have a yoga DVD for larger women that I'm trying to do but it is really hard to motivate myself to actually take time to do it when there are so many other fun things to do (WoW).
Losing weight is such a slow process that I often find myself wondering if diet pills really work. My mind tells me that even if they do work for a while, as soon as you stop taking them, the weight will come right back. Even so, it remains a temptation for a quick fix. Consumerpricewatch.net has a list of diet pills that work (a top-ten list of diet pills and reviews for the most popular diet pills out there). Even with this information at my fingertips, I don't think this is a proper solution to my problem nor is it worth the money I'd have to pay for the pills. Thanks to Consumerpricewatch.net for trying, though. ;)
