Goals for This Week
  1. Eat at home every day this week.
    • This is our tenth day of eating at home.
  2. Only drink one soda per day.
    • Have gone eight days drinking only one soda.
  3. Do FlyLady Daily Mission
    • The mission today was to clean out around the base of the toilet in the main bathroom and also clean out the obvious trash from a room of your choosing. Matthew and I both cleaned our own toilets (separate bathrooms = happy marriage...seriously) and he took care of some trash in our office.
What Did I Accomplish Today?

Home
All goals accomplished! Yay! Also did some cooking for the week that I didn't get to this weekend. I made brownies, apple wheat muffins and some homemade instant oatmeal. Also got our new homesteading blog up and running. We used to have it at LiveJournal but I like the format of Blogspot/Blogger much much better. Work
Got caught up on some paperwork that I had gotten behind on with all the projects last week.

What Could Have Gone Better?

Home
I wish I had been able to work in some exercise and also some decluttering. But, all missions were accomplished, so I'm happy.

Work
I got lazy working on some FMLA paperwork. It should have been finished before I left but, alas, it wasn't. Also, I have to get to the Access database that my boss requested. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have some time for that (though, I do have uniforms coming in on Wednesday...*sigh*)

Black Bean Soup and a Little Debbie 100 Calorie Brownie

Dinner
Pork Chops with Barbecue Sauce, Corn, Lima Beans and Homemade Biscuits (I shaped half of my biscuit dough and put it in the freezer. I'm anxious to see how it comes out compared to the commercial frozen biscuits).

Snacks
Apple Wheat Muffin, Homemade Yogurt with Strawberry Jam, Honey & Kashi Go Lean, 2 Kashi Granola Bars

How Do You Feel?
  1. I feel pretty darn good today :)
  2. My left arm still hurts intermittently. But, far less frequently and far less painful. Yay! Not carpal tunnel syndrome!
Fun Stuff!

Reading
  • Read one chapter of Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cunningham and two chapters of A Witch's Bible by Janet and Stewart Farrar today.
Movies
  • Watched about 1/2 of Mr. Bean's Holiday. It's silly, as you'd expect a Mr. Bean movie to be. Other than that, I'm kind of ambivalent about it ;)
Things to Think About:
  1. Finish family recipe site.
  2. Registering our old business URL so that we have it for any possible future needs.
  3. Need to think of a cake decorating and sketching project for January.
  4. Put together new computers so I can clean up and give my old one to my mom (and get her addicted to WoW).
  5. Need to finalize menus and grocery list for Wednesday.
  6. Need to find out when/if we are having a family reunion in January.
